Shipping Information

All Kalå orders are prepared and shipped from our UK fulfilment studio with care and precision. Every parcel is hand-packed using recyclable, plastic-free materials to protect both your products and the planet.

Orders placed before 12 pm (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and bank holidays will dispatch on the next working day.

UK Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery (2–3 working days) – £3.95
    Delivered via a tracked service such as Royal Mail 48 or equivalent courier.
  • Express Delivery (1–2 working days) – £5.95
    Delivered via Royal Mail 24, DPD Next Day or DHL Parcel depending on location.
  • Complimentary Standard Delivery on orders over £100.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busier periods, launches, or adverse weather. All orders include tracking details once dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently ship across the UK and Europe. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All applicable import duties, customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Kalå purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The candle must be unused, unlit and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please email support@kalabrand.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days once your return has been received and inspected.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. To cancel or amend an order, please contact
support@kalabrand.com within 1 hour of placing it. After this, we may not be able to make
changes.

Additional Information

  • Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday only.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
  • Kalå is not liable for delays caused by courier networks or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.
